About the event
Ready for a festive evening of creativity, drinks, friends and very bad jokes? If you're looking for something a little different to do this festive season, this Christmas craft workshop in Canterbury is the perfect Christmas night out. Grab a drink from the bar and spend a couple of hours making a set of your very own handmade Christmas crackers. No previous crafting experience needed, they are guaranteed to be more memorable than the ones you buy in a supermarket!
Workshop Details
Date: Tuesday 24th November - 7:30pm for a 7:45pm start
Duration: Approx 2-2.5 hours
Location: Upstairs at The Drapers Arms, 1-2 Sun Street, Canterbury, CT1 2HX
Materials Provided: Cracker blanks to make 8 crackers. Stickers, stamps, paint pens, washi tape, ribbons, paper, glue to decorate them. Chocolates, snaps, hats and joke slips to fill them. Extra crackers available at £2.50 ea, add to your order below

What to Expect
There will be time to buy a drink at the bar and meet other attendees before the workshop begins at around 7:45pm. I'll show you how to assemble your Christmas crackers before you get stuck into the fun part; decorating them! With a huge selection of craft materials available, you can make your crackers as traditional, colourful, quirky or completely bonkers as you like. There'll be inspiration available if you're not sure where to start, as well as a helping hand whenever you need it.
Work at your own pace, enjoy a drink (perhaps a mulled wine?!), chat with other attendees and relax and unwind while getting creative. It'll be a lovely opportunity to switch off from the Christmas rush and enjoy a few hours of festive crafting.

At the end of the Christmas craft workshop, you'll have:
Up to 8 handmade Christmas crackers that you've decorated yourself (or add more at £2.50 per cracker)
Filled with a chocolate, hat, snap and joke slip
Plenty of ideas and inspiration for your more Christmas crafting

Whether you're looking for a fun Christmas activity in Canterbury, a festive night out with friends, or simply want to embrace the homemade this Christmas: this workshop is the one for you. Suitable for beginners and more experienced crafters alike, I will have examples to copy or you can have total creative free rein! Cancellations & Refunds

Full payment is required to secure your place on a workshop.

We are aware that, unfortunately, sometimes plans change. You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the workshop for a full refund.

If cancellation is made within 14 days of the event, we are only able to offer a refund if we can fill your space in time, except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion). Please get in touch to see what we can offer.
