By you (the customer)

• Full payment is required to secure your place on a workshop.

• We are aware that, unfortunately, sometimes plans change. You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the workshop for a full refund.

• If cancellation is made within 14 days of the event, we are only able to offer a refund if we can fill your space in time, except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).  Please get in touch to see what we can offer. 

• You may request to transfer your booking to a future workshop, subject to availability.

By us (Meet and Makes)

 

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In the unlikely event Meet & Makes is unable to run a workshop for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full.
